Your needs, wants and preferences come first! So, we listen…and ask a lot of questions! We’ll start with a survey, then schedule a quick video call to get some basic information, after which we’ll set up another time when we’ll present you with our recommended design solutions.

With an initial understanding of your project, we’ll dive further into details and nail down a more itemized scope. From there we’ll provide you with a proposal to approve and sign. Once you remit the down payment, we’ll be officially on board.

To kick things off, we’ll provide you with an orientation guide to give you all the information you’ll need as to what to expect during our engagement and collaboration.

This is when we pull up our sleeves and get down to the art (& heart!) of imagining your new space. First we’ll exchange inspiration images to begin forming a design concept. Next, our team will present you with mood boards, and rough drawings to review and refine.

Once your favorite look and feel is identified, then we’ll further develop the design together and fill in more details. This is when we’ll help you select finishes, materials, textiles, and also specify products such as furnishings, accessories, decor and more.

Along the way, we’ll pull together a variety of visual aids, like floor plans and sample boards, all of which will visually represent the finished space and help make your decision-making easier.

After we’ve solidified the budget and received your approval to move forward with the intended designs, and with any furnishings or other services to purchase, we’ll prepare a complete set of reference documents. Following several weeks of planning, you’ll receive a comprehensive package that may include some or all of the following deliverables:

• contractor drawings

• finishes schedule

• product or service proposals

• spec sheets

• 3D renderings, if applicable

When you elect to have our help purchasing and overseeing shipping and installation logistics, we’ll handle all of the pesky (and time consuming!) details on your behalf. Basically we do all the heavy lifting in order to save you time and energy, plus lessen your stress so that you don’t have to deal with a multitude of vendors, service providers and freight carriers.

Our PMs will anticipate project needs, work with you on scheduling, and will oversee all 3rd party work during any build-outs and/or installations. Essentially, our job is to do all we can within our power to track progress, budgets and timelines to minimize risk and ensure your project goes off without a hitch.

If your project includes construction, we’ll frequently be on site, as well as available by phone/email/text during business hours to answer contractor questions and solve any unforeseen issues that may come up.

We’ll keep you updated on the progress and will work closely together with you to instill confidence and peace of mind regarding our areas of expertise. Basically, all aspects of the build-out will be covered when in our very capable, experienced and professional hands.

Whew! You made it this far…and now there’s only the punch-list to tackle. We’ll walk through the project site together and make a detailed list of anything that needs to happen in order for you to feel comfortable signing off on the job and calling it complete.

Then, at last, comes the most exciting and anticipated part of all - it’s time to move in! Once you get settled, you’ll experience first-hand just how much your investment pays off over time…and how much you love your new space!
